He advises and represents both states and investors in investment disputes, is frequently appointed as an expert witness, and also serves as an arbitrator.
Trained in the United States, Noah Rubins is Counsel within Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's international abitration and public international law practice groups in Paris.
